Its fun to see that the game is full of bugs,wrong translation,bots etc but players closed the eyes and kept on playing even if NCsoft didnt care to do something about them.Now when there is a "bug" that makes customers happy u rush to fix it.This is not the attitude i wanted to see from u.
Why is it that you can only make 2 characters per account??

My guess would be is that in the future they are going to offer a service to buy more character slots. You could just make more accounts though; be just as easy.

i think some nerds complained about this.. they did not like the fact that you get to have full VIT for the entire Xmas event and lvl fast,they want people to grind until they get bored and leave..
or simply people that already enjoyed this to get as max lvl as possible and dont want competition,or others to catch up..
yea its ridiculous how they cant fix anything that gives us problems,but they immediately work on something that everyone loves just because it boosts our fun and increases the interest in lvling again.

Well NC isn't famous for their brains when coming to customer satisfaction. Such an even with it's current usage of the Vitality item,
would be just perfect for people who took the time to go in town and refresh it in order to get near awakening ultra fast.
But if everyone kept their Vitality to full then 0 Promotion packs purchases would be made for Vitality potions for 2 weeks.
Well it was good as long as it lasted...
PS. Will NC fix the Runes of XP, to not deduct time during their maintenance? It's not my fault I can't log in.

they dont need 4 hours to fix the bugs, the bugs have been fixed days before, they are just compiling the fixes on the server, whats more they reload database and server console and imagine retail got so many players. so that takes time to be done

Petition system always worked on certain hours (look at loading tips) so the only diffrence is that they will accualy disable it from time to time, from now on. So please find another topic to qq.

It means that GM's have only 2 arms and they also sleep like other people :D We have over 100500 online on servers, it's too hard to reply on all petitions, and now, I think, this is not the only problem :o

sace please speak with the company, cause many of the players want the stone of destiny, at least sell it in the nc store or something with galleria, just make us have it please, the ones that didnt make it on time.

Reroll ffs. That stone was really meant for players that have been here for years, invested a ton of time/adena/effort in their toon, and were faced with awakening into something they did not like. Most of the newbies are QQing because they figured they'd build a certain pre-awakening constant group set-up and then be able to change it afterwards, and that's not a good reason to give you a stone.

When ncsoft says something is temporary, but doesn't give a date for when it ends, that means it is permanent. For example, Aion players have been suffering from a "temporary" afk-boot timer of 30 minutes since the first week of launch. The reason being, it was to help with server congestion because players wouldnt log off in order to avoid login queues. Now, after several server mergers and every server being light 2 years later, it still has this "temporary" fix.
And another thing. 6 to mid night is gm support time? That seems to me that not a single gm is actually in the usa. Not only are our gms now part timers, but they aren't even lineage gms but rather some outsourced third party in another country generic support gms who will continue to give you the same token responses since c3 >_<

NCWest has always been a company that doesn't care about its gamers, they only correct errors that make gamers happy, while they leave lame mistakes, 2 easy mistakes to fix would be, in Harnaks when you claim reward the page that pops up Reward is spelled Rewrad, and the Tank skill Rage Aura, the debuff that it puts on mobs is the exact description for Challenge Aura, How about Sace you tell the other GM's and yourself to focus on Errors and mistakes that would make the game better instead of correcting things that made your Holiday Event good. since now your Event has nothing to offer.

Well, the main difference is that old players did not knew anything about awakening. Especially the fact that each class (including partial buffers like EE/SE and partial tanks (and/or warriors?) like SwS/BD) can only awaken to a SINGLE PREDEFINED class.
New players know it. After all, the Class Path button shows it for you.
What is more, SoD allows you to have an Orc Sigel Knight (one of options). See what's my main point? You want to get choices that were never meant to exist in L2.

The client only needs to update if there are changes to the client itself. All of the changes in today's maintenance were server updates, so no "update" was required for your installation.
I just played for while, looks like talking island is been changed completely, I am not saying anything but I miss the old style. There is to many bots now when its free. Server was heavy and I thought I won't be connected but I was, phew..

Because you didn't play here for 1,2,3,4+ years and then suddenly find out that the class you played was going to become completely different. You had the benefit of knowing how the class ends up after awakening, the older players did not.
