WAIT! Sace, can you please explain to me this "situation" ?! As it's VERY confused as of this time ( for me at least ).

"Converts the weapon or armor into Standard status with a high probability, and Blessed status with a low probability." With a HIGH probability? I though it's like 110% to unbind a bound item into a standard one! So again, there is a difference between in-game & web-shop description of an item! And please, don't tell me that the web descriptions it's the right one!
You could "kinda" defend yourself with the "promo page" : http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/store-promos/Exploration-pack-promo.php where it's says the above description , BUT :
Remember, one could say that they bought the destiny pack from http://store.lineage2.com/store/index ( or in-game shop ) where the in-game descriptions clearly says it will unbind a r grade item ( without any "chances ).
Now , please! Tell us which of the above descriptions "fits" on the .. Ncsoft .. "papers"!

I agree it's worded a bit confusingly on the website, so we'll get that changed. The reason it was worded like that is that, because upon using an Unbind Scroll, there is a probability of one of two things happening: either you get a Standard item or you get a Blessed item. Most likely (high probability) you'll get the Standard item.

So we'll probably make the web description match the in-game description.

I am not sure whether everybody is aware of this, but there are two varieties of unbind scroll:
- The Bind Removing Scroll - R removes a binding with 100% probability, producing with 93.6% probability a Standard item and with 6.4% a Blessed item.
- The Bind Removing Scroll - R Campaign removes a binding with about 5.2% probability, while in 94.8% of all cases the item remains Bound

If everything works as intended you will not lose an Elemental Attribute on your weapon when you use an Unbind Scroll:

But the fact that this works in Asia does not mean that it also works on NCWest servers. Sparse will need to slap a few Attribute Stones on a Bound weapon and unbind it on his QA server. Only he can provide you with a definite answer.
