This is a heads-up announcement that the News Informer and Event Gatekeeper NPCs will be leaving with next week's maintenance, on December 28, 2011. So if you are progressing through any of the quests that left the game with the Goddess of Destruction update, be sure to finish them and claim your reward from the News Informer before he leaves.
maybe is a noob question but how can u port to magmeld without news informer?no town gk has option to port there
If you dont know that mean you dont have the lvl to go there, else you would know it....
Use fairy agathion from lvl 90 quest or port to Anghel Waterfall from HV and use the portal there.

just another noob question: why we need to be lvl 90 to do the quest and to have access to Magmeld? the ancient city of arcan is a city not a hunting field

Did you even try getting your character to Magmeld before posting this complaint about not being allowed there?
