fixed christmas buf but they wont fix the crash issues?

I guess im at a loss to understand why they rushed to fix the christmas vitality buff issue, but when it comes to real game mechanics like this constantly crashing issue they havent fixed anything. Does that amaze any1 else but me?

Why they fixed the Xmas buff so quick?
Does the L2 Store Vitality potions mean something to you?
Xmas buff bug means less sales, crystal and clear ;)

I understand making fixes it was a bug that needed to be fixed, but my point was all these other issues that are so much more important to this game and they havent been fixed at all.
To keep a steady player base they need to get the crash issue fixed, the pms from constant adena sellers, this crappy vitality system which barely works, and watching the botters lvl like crazy in soa and harnaks. rofl. But i can go grief evey1 now and theres nothing they can do about it its great rofl.
