How is that possible to receive message in messenger window from player that is not in my friend list, btw is a bot sapmming about buying adena for real money. His name is: kipuche

I have the same question... the stupid friend message from these adena sellers appears everytime I log in. I always block em right away however on the next login the same message appears from a different moron with some ******ed name. Anyone knows how come they send friend messages even though they aren't in my friendlist?

I thought the whole point of the "friend's messenger" was that only people listed in my friend's list could message me. :rolleyes:

It happens to me as well, but not very often. I add them to my block list and move on.

How did they get the datas to adress all players?

they just set up the bot to pm people that pass by

more advanced bots/hackers, can even crash your client or even all server if send some nasty code lines to the hero chat :rolleyes:

L2 packets were decrypted long time ago already, and basicly anything can be done. well anyone can be tracked down and banned too :)

why bother banning them? if you know anything about gold seller, you'll know they have a program to remake new accounts and chars within seconds and don't even get me started on ip banning rofl :rolleyes:
