Feel kind of bad for the US players. Seems according to the vote, siege times will be roughly 5AM in the morning CST, which is about the median for US. So... 4AM, 6AM.. honestly, all times are extremely bad for Americans.
That said, I feel bad for the US players who moved to Bartz thinking it was something to be a way to play without a whole lot of players, but at the same time... if they're going to change the siege-times to be 11AM in the morning for GMT+0...what about Olympiad?
If Olympiad retains it's normal times, then the server is kind of hodge-podge screwed up, isn't it?
Anyway, I don't play here. Just saw the topic on the main website and was surprised they didn't have such a topic BEFORE the server opened.

Well, we do have quite of bit of euro and south american players on the server (which is fine with me) but I believe that the sieges will suffer if the time is moved to a more european setup. The server was released under the assumption that it was a NA server with NA timezones, I guess I'm not sure if it was ever specifically said, but as we have another server notated as being an EU server, the assumption lies that if another EU server were to pop up, it would have been advised upon release of the new server.
I think Bartz will lose and gain some players with this change, if it does go to those siege times.
I do not support it, but then again, i'm a greedy american. lol I'm too lazy to relevel, even though i'm only lvl 63, so I will just have to do what I need to in order to make siege times.
PS - Making the first throwback server name (since Bartz was around at release) and changing it up to be a european server would be kind of a slap in the face in my opinion. I'm sure quite a few of the US players that came here did so because they wanted the nostalgia of playing on their old server.

95% Euro or BR playerbase. And every clan that advertises as "English Speaking" speaks the most terribly broken english possible. I came to bartz, grinded my *** off to get 76 within 4-5 days. Only to not find a suitable english speaking clan that had any idea what they were doing.

Well, apparently you have not talked with all the English speaking clans. My clan has all English speakers from USA, Australia, and S. Korea (he's from the US, just moved to S. Korea).
There are a multiple American based clans, but BRs are going to swamp the server in any free play experience. See any private lineage 2 server prior to GoD release that was "English Speaking" or "American Based". Only ever heard of Illicit Awakening pulling it off though, was told they just banned all SA region IPs and that eliminated 99% of the problem.
NC Soft are just dumb.. this is NC WEST, Euros already have Naiai, and for a fresh start they had their **** Innova server. why come here and **** up our US servers? and NCSoft poll.... 1 vote per account with a lvl 20? LOL! dumbest idea ive ever seen... lv 20 is less than 30 mins.. how many votes were made from ppls lvl ing a lv20 toon just to vote euro times? gj ncsoft. you fail as always !

TheWhiteOrder , Law , Enigma, those are 3 examples of english speaking clans that has high lvls and knows what they are doing. us (DarkSide ally - TheWhiteOrder and Law clans) already took Baium and have several awakened chars + ALOT of 76+ so i really dont see wtf ur talking about dude. open ur eyes, there are alot more english players than euro trashes n BR's lol. and anyways.. the BR's wont do much, they are mostly meatshields and easy pvp points.

The majority should decide, that's democracy. off course some people will be harmed by the new time, it is impossible appeal everyone ... But the wish of the majority must be respected, regardless of nationality.

What are you talking about, the most popular time seems to be 4PM EST which is great for east coast players like me!
