Whenever they see me picking up stuff they go and thrown around a bunch of 1 adenas and make the entire area full or garbage.
When I pick those up they're like ... OH FKK I RECORDED U , REPORTED u

Yeeeeah, some br saw that I, holy christ, went for a different mob when he dash attacked one right before I got to it, and immediately started attacking me saying 'HI BOT', and other such redundancy.
If only a gladiator wasn't the scariest thing for a soul breaker. Plus he had a green name, you don't screw with green names these days.
It's not very hard to distinguish pickupers from bots... and toying around with bots is fun ^^ I myself can never find a gm online to report bots in the hours I play, so I just invented my own ways of screwing them over. Ask Ncsoft to create a proper antibot system, then you won't have to put up with "harassment" from frustrated (alive) players.

you have a bot report button in your actions (Alt+C), use it, GMs are never visible even when they are online

Had that myself the other day. Doing the Shrine of Loyalty quest on my archer, patiently waiting on a very low-spawn mob area (because the others are ALWAYS full), and I would just switch, and set my archer to attack it, use no skills (Cause they were 2-shot anyway most of the times).
Arrives a dorf with two buffers (one of them was macroed to dance every 2 seconds), starts Ksing me, and when I actually ask politely if she/he could let me finish the quest as I only needed 7 more, she goes like. "I like how you only turn and don't move, or how you auto-attack."
Umm... ranged? Didn't have to move, had enough range to attack the mobs from where I was. And I had no idea what she meant by 'set myself on autoattack'... I clicked, pressed attack, and the game just auto-attacks for you? Yeah...
So.... some people are paranoid, some people will do it to make you scared, but like Jyrki said. You're not botting. So... don't bother with them *shrugs*

L2 had an awesome Bot griefing system -> Item dropchance on death
I made so much money back in the days when it was still possible. But now its carebear and u cant even PK them now cause u cant lose the Karma. >.<
