Just tried several login attempts and none of them failed for logging into the Naia server.
Maybe try to find out if your firewall is blocking Lineage2 .. and for your information,- there is both a firewall built into WindowsXP/Vista/7 and there's the extra software firewalls that you install with antivirus packages etc. - so you might go try checkout both of them :)
