Hair and face changing potions post GoD?

I don't know if this thread goes here or not. I would like to know how do you get the hair and face changing potions now that the catacombs are gone? I don't want to remake my character just to change it. I hate having to wait 7 days for the character to delete. So, if someone knows where I can purchase them, I would be grateful.

I'm pretty sure you can get a "Wig box" for 5 Marks that you get from the campaigns.

Priest of Mammon. He changes town every 30 minutes and spawns near the Black Marketeer.

Thank you, Tiferet. I'll be keeping an eye out for him. I hope I'll be able to find him.
