Can you clean up the spamming bots please on Naiia? There like 6 or 8 bots spamming in Gludio and several other bots in other towns. Cant even see what other ppl are telling in Shout.

If you read the news section of the website, you will see that the /GM isn't down, it's only online during certain hours of the day (for the time being).
But yes, you would have thought that a filter those adena sites could be added.. It would help a little, for a short time. C'mon NCSoft, get your tech guys writing a front end to the swear filter that the GM's CM's can enter names into.. It's not hard.

Exactly, for a very short time. They did this with AION and kinah spam became even more unbearable due to various graphic effects and special symbols they used instead of www.
Make it so lvl -60 can't use the shout and trade channel.
That way they have to bot to lvl 60 until they can shout again, that will be a little annoying to adena sellers... (if bans occur fast enough)

That was not because of chat filters but because GMs actually did their homework with banning. Took them couple of maintennances and patches though, intermediate period was hair-pulling. (Sometimes autopilot they ran was too keen ... I remember my guild leader banned for transferring money collected from clan members ... too much money transfer = flagged = insta-ban hehe.)
