Possible BUG with LIFE STEAL

can someone explain me why i can't life steal i'm at about 40% of hp and i have chant of vampire lvl 3 + dance of vampire and i can't life steal. in best case scenario i life steal once on every 5-6 hits that's not normal i think pls someone explain me i wasn't happening this way with adventure vamp rage pls help

working as intended, VR now is a chance buff ie every hit you make has a chance of activating VR

if that's the case why adventure VR was 100% on every hit ?

dunno, maybe you imagined it?

The effects of vampiric skills such as Vampiric Rage are now activated by chance, and now apply to basic ranged attacks and skills as well as melee. Reflect Damage skills now apply to basic ranged attacks and power attack skills as well as melee.
