Ok sace you guys REALLY have to do something about all these crashes, and doesn't help dcing like 4 times a day if not more etheir. whats the point of having mentor if server always going down and people are being dc'ed all the **** time? you honestly can't expect people to sit at pc 24/7 just to log back in. and weekends spending 30mins to log in cuz server full? ok i came from dev then you guys dropped 7 servers to 2, you put out god and free play now you add more again but they are worse then back when we had 7 servers? i don't get it honestly this is just freakin mind blowing, kinda sad i wasted all the money in the past to play this game to now be treated like this, i mean least you guys could do is fix all these server issue's
Not that I disagree with you that there are many stability problems with all the servers currently, especially the login server that is getting bombarded daily.
But I'm starting to think half of you don't think before making a rant post. Sace and the rest of the quote un quote 'dev team' for NCSoft NA, don't really have much control or access to modify anything. With our release of GoD still much behind that of korea its going to have known issues, and sadly we can't do anything about it.
They must wait for a hotfix/patch to be sent down the line from korea, even when the game throws out events like this past holiday event, they must wait for korea to make the OK. Its been this way since prelude, and it will never change. Cry pleed etc whatever, nothing you do will speed up any development process here on the North American side of the game. You must sit, twiddle your thumbs, and wait.
All there is to it, but unfortunately, they are more worried about getting the translated official update ready for North America, then passing down all the little hotfixes for bugs, so we tend to never receive half of them.
no but they do deal with the people and can get our ideas to them. thats why they are here to listen to us and pass the word on about any idea/ problems we have. and to me the server is major issue and even worse with the mentor/mentee program that you only get the buffs when they are logged in, yet most of us have real lives jobs families and so on, i myself have new born so i'm on very odd hours so ya its just a big hassle in most cases. that could and should be dealt with. i'm not some new player by far. like i said i started on dev then watch them merge all us servers into 1, god comes out week later they start adding new server again? well great but they should did that from the get go since naia and chornos were pretty full as it was now we have all these new toons that were made befor they made the other servers they should have really compensated for this. but they didn't so now we have unstable servers that dc you or just plan crash. not really ranting but i am at same time if you get where i'm coming from.
