blessed armor ?? bounded armor

hi i was wondering what the difference with bounded and bless armor types exception of been able to trade and remove,

both stats are the same also no special passive or ability is gain from having 1 bless armor equip into the armor set

so does anyone know do i have to unseal it or something to get bonus ?

or do i need the whole set items all blessed?

blessed items = +50% value to enchants
