soul hound as feoh wizards

What skills do I get to keep from soul hound when I turn into feoh wizard? Also do I still have to fight in light armor?

You can use light, robe, heavy, sigils and shields.

If he won't learn Superior Robe Mastery, then he could have the Soul Hound light armor mastery. (Though as far as I know it's nowhere as insane as the old Light Armor mastery of healers or enchanters.)

Also he didn't say he gets mastery, only that he can use them :P
