Single Dagger or Dual Dagger ?

For Ghost Hunter what weapon is best ? Single Dagger or Dual Dagger ? For PvP and PvE .... xD

So, why when i put a single dagger or a dual dagger my atck speed is the same? and why it seems patck bonus when u use dual dagger got both!

dual dagger mastery is an added bonus on top of regular dagger mastery that only applies when you equip dual daggers
