Looking for a Mentor, obviously, would be grand if he'd had something more to say than "n00b", "jajajaja" and/or "!!!!111oneoneoneeleveneleven".
Name's morh, Maestro, currently Lv.76 and counting.
It's hard to mentor people you don't know because its a big waste of time if they're not serious. The class plays an important role as well as the ideal candidate you'd want to graduate as soon as possible; being a dwarf class is a hit against you already as everyone knows its hard for them to get parties and hard for them to solo efficiently. Mentors tend to look for the solo classes, nuker, archer, tyrant or go for the classes that get parties all the time and are in high demand.
Additionally clan members are high priority because when they graduate it opens up even more in-house mentors which strengthens the clan - matter of fact some might consider taking people on if they joined as a prereq, idk. I just took a chance on someone this morning looking for a mentor, I hope I'm not going to be disappointed as there are horror stories out there people dropping mentors for w/e.
Morh...are you ever offline?Yep, sometimes i go back to hell for dinner.

Additionally clan members are high priorityI'm aware of this, yes, but posting here doesn't cost me a thing, but gives me a chance to find a Mentor. Therefore, the thread.

And why so ? The mentor doesnt get 10% from what the mentee acquire, he gets a bonus of 10% in exp HE acquire. So even if ur the slowest/fastest exper, doesnt matter.
