Please read the EULA before asking for help. Unless the login server was targeted by hackers and everyone's login information was obtained, it is your responsibility to keep your account information secure.
Thst may be, but NCSoft has usually helped those that have had their accounts hacked in the past.
The forums isn't the place to ask for help though since there is no one here that will be able to help you (and most will just ridicule you instead). I would recommend that you send them an email through their support website, or try and talk with them when the Live chat is open (12-5 PM CST).
I bet you used the same account info on all the private servers you played. I also bet the gm's of the server just tried to log in all the account logs they had in their player base lol... i would have

Myself and several friends all had their accounts hacked at one time or another, because we played on an open network at college. Because we were all roommates, when we reported the issue we were told that it was our fault for sharing our accounts. One friend lost his account entirely because he logged onto the website to change his password and it was keylogged. I came back to play when this became free-to-play and found that most of my characters were stripped of gear and adena and someone else had used my account. I reported it, offering my original serial code, receipt of purchase and location of purchase, and never got a response. I now have a level 75 Bladedancer who only has gear because I leveled up new chars and mailed myself money to buy common equipment from shop.
I can promise you that almost all cases of accounts being hacked and going to NCSoft for help have resulted in this exact problem.

I honestly lol'd. People who use 1 login/password for everything they do kind of deserve to be hacked. Make a cypher and change your passwords every month or so to prevent people from figuring out your cypher. If your account is "ILoveJustinBieber" and password is "HopeHeLovesMe", you're in a world of hurt. If your account is "Igu145dwF45", people will usually just quit attempting to get into it.

I would have made my account info "BeiberIMPREGNATEDme!"

It is actually safer, and easier to remember, to use several words as your password.
For example, it would actually take longer for "I crazy baby elbow" (266 quadrillion years) to be cracked than it would for "8Jl2h*l1" (57 days) to be cracked.
Although now a days, most hackers actually get an account by using the security questions, since these are usually simpler and less complex than passwords.
My security answers have nothing to do with the questions lol
Mothers maiden name for example, I would put crackhead
And if you were even smarter than that, you would make an email strictly for lineage2 and never use it for anything other than creating a l2 login account.

Weird because I've had an account hacked before; and have known a few others that have had theirs hacked, and we got ours back with no problems; including all items that were missing from them. We usually got everything back within a few hours; think 1 guy had to wait a day, from the time we reported the issue. Then again we had all called NCSoft support at the time and didn't go through emails, so that might have been the difference.
Personally I would recommend trying the live chat right now (it's opened for the next few hours) since you will be dealing with a live person your more likely to get a favorable response. Just be courteous and don't act like an *** and most customer reps will be willing to help out.
