I just wanted to say that I am loving L2 again. I was talking to some new friends that have been in game for ever and they say its sad that new players will never get to do the things older players did or could do. I was wondering if anyone else felt the same way and what are your memories of the game as it was before GOD. ty.
I remeber newby boss raids (funnn!), easy parties, old newby grinding places, being in awe of new places like liriens next to EV, cruma marshlands :) Not using SS or porting cuz it was waaay too expensive, seeing the first ever brig armor set crafted by a dwarf, mobs dropping 2 adena :eek: and billions of keltirs! (hello beta!)
Not gonna miss the mindless grind, tho, cuz that's the reason I left several times. Had too much going on in rl so it just became pointless all the hours I would have had to spend on grinding to experience something new or fun.
