I got Hacked T_T

I got hacked and now i don't have any items/adena... how i can play now :( ? NCsoft give back items/adena or not? Any1 know? please tell me :(

change your password all you like, 99% of the "hacking" that happens is cause people have

username: password
password: username

and idiotically, they type it into their bots.

and then QQ they got hacked.

I have change password and all... but i will understand if i can have back my item or not.. :(
I never use bot or something, never buy gold in game... i play only and stop... but i got hacked anyway...
