1) alt + r
2) click add
3) name "assist" or whatever
4) 1st command is "/target PC" (PC = name of the main assist of the party you're currently in)
5) 2nd command is "/assist"
6) save macro and drag to toolbar
NOTE: 3rd command could be "/attack"
I didn't write this to offend people's intelligence, but a lot of players have problems attacking the right mobs. Also if anyone has a better method feel free to elaborate, I'm by no means an expert.

Spanish translation anyone? ;)
Or do like me and manicly spam rightclick on the MA's name in the pt list while I watch tv-series. And yes, a spanish translation would benefit us all regardless if we speak it or not.=P

You can also replace /target PC with /target %party1. Then put whoever you are assisting on top of the party list on your screen. That way you don't have to change every time the main assist changes. All you have to do is drag a name on party list to top by clicking ID with Alt + left mouse button.
