Kamaloka 46

Is it only me and my bad luck, or is quest item from this Kamaloka almost unobtainable? I was there like 13 times so far and no luck for me at all. Does any of you have the same problems, or is it bugged or sth?

yeah coz i told myself i will get that item. I dont play too much, so it doesnt bother me to wait till i can re-enter kama. what bothers me is that on other server i got 2 items out of 2 runs...

Seen others complain about this kamaloka and we can fairly assume it's a bug and not dropping at all. I've always got the other QI from higher kamalokas on every first try.

I did every one from 43 to 66 and all worked fine except this one.
There were a few ppl that said it worked for them. Honestly i think it's bugged.

It's a bug. Cancel quest, take the quest again, do Kama 46 first, and then 43. It will work.
