How easy is it to reach Casting Speed with Human.
Considering I wouldn't take Superior Armor Mastery. Also I know Aeore Healer can use Frantic Healing. Which greatly improves Casting Speed with side effect of more mp consumption.
So is Elves WIT worth it?
Is Human endurance better?
Or is Dark Elves INT the way to go?
I'm considering on rolling either a Bishop or Elven Elder as my main class. And I want to be good at pvp. Thought if it's easy to reach max speed cast on human without acumen's weapon. Then I'll probably choose them. Also is Elves movement speed significant?
Thanks in advance
