Tired of Bots selling Adena for Money

I cant play like this, they r all day with bot selling Adena for Money, cant use the chat and is annoyed, so please do something with that.

Click on the hammer by the chatbox, and uncheck shout for the "All" tab or atleast I think that's what I have on mine, and uncheck general as well, it helps to decrease the spamming.

I click the bot's name in the chatbox and put /block before the name any time I see one. It shouldn't be up to the players to do something about it.

NCSoft is doing something about them, they're banning loads of them, thats why you see new randomly typed names all the time spamming.

They just can't keep up with dedicated paid sellers constantly creating new accounts 24/7.

I am sure they're trying to find solutions to the problem.
