I see more and more people in A/B grade coming to zone like Ruins of Agony and Ruins of Despair just to steal pvps... So, why those don't get to their level's zone and try to pvp there? It would be more funny for them, but also for D grades, to exp and pvp with same level chars.

Because Lineage II is an open world PvP game where there are no restrictions on where and how you can play; be it for fun or to just hassle low level characters.
Plus if you do not want to be bothered by higher level charcters in the newbie zones just get the Blessing of Protection from the Newbie Helper NPC's.
Unfortunately, it is common place on private servers to take a higher-level character to a lower-level area to try and stack up some easy & free pvp points. I was in ToI and read about people bragging how they got 200-300 pvp points outside of Gludio areas... they were in their 70's in C grade so as not to be too suspicious.

I used to play on a private server for 3-4 years... I tought it was different on official! Well, this means i must bring my higher char with me everytime. By the way I tried with the buff, but strangely when i'm flagged A grades can hit me anyway. There's no fun in oneshotting people, pvp must be hard, so when you have 5000 legit pvps you can say you know how to play. But that's another story, not L2..
Those ppl are just some more failzors who can't take even 1 pvp from an equal player. They manage to kill someone only if they go to lower lvl areas. So just let them satisfy themselves in this way, cause they'll never be able to kill someone else in the game.
Don't be a bad person, all ppl deserve some satisfaction in this game :p
Depending on which class im on (duelist/SD/Bish) Ill throw a heal on someone whos fighting a red, or ill ask if they need help, but most of the time I get bored grinding at the higher leves and just like to run aroud and see whats going on. If someone needs help ill step in, but if they dont ill move on.
Funny, that. I usually go to low places on my main if I'm leveling an alt and see someone poking around and hitting people then destroying them.
Few days ago I was leveling a BD and my God I have never seen such an annoying little twerp in my life. He was running around in d-grade at Wastelands flagging people and killing them. I followed him until he got jumped by like 4 people so I joined in... but we still died. :< So I came on my Ghost Hunter and killed him and told him to leave them alone... not 30 minutes later comes some awakened orc and tears me a new one because I killed him. it was before ppl from private servers came. but diffrently from private servers they will reach nothing except fake pvp count in official, because will be destroyed and emo rage quit as soon as they start flagging in 85+ loc
