So from lurking I've gathered this information about best race for a certain awakened class. Of course if we don't count player's skill (it's all mashing buttons anyways), equip and everything else.
Tank - DE
Archer - DE
Mage - DE
Rogue - DE
Summoner - DE
Enchanter - DE
Healer - LE, possibly DE
Warrior - better reroll

Archer: LE
Mage: LE
Rogue: LE
Summoner: Orc (Possibly)/LE
Healer: LE
Warrior: DE/Orc
Mostly due to Wit not only being cast speed and m.crit but also magic evasion and dex being phys evasion etc as usual. Depending on how the evasion rates actually work out in endgame of course.

Sad but true, DE wins at everything. The only race skill as good as their is orcs immunity. No matter how u argue, no targetting for 5 second is godly in pvp. And can be quite tide breaking.
As for healers, i think kamel race eould make best efficient healers.
I m so sad cause i picked LE rogue as my main and it blow beyond comprhension. Atk speed bonus is wasted, crit rate is almost wasted most of the time. Wtb race change ticket.

I like the fact where you take in consideration that you can get a stone of destiny again... which is not the case, and to OP your statements are false.

Where did I mention stone of destiny? You can still have a dual sub that inherits your original race and I'm sure there will be sub 2 main again in future.

Me too... but dont forget there are tattoo's that can fix that. The R grade daggers either have single with focus, or dual with damage up... meaning the DEX we have will help if we pick duals but we also get the damage up SA (which i believe is some form of crit damage)
I've also heard dark elves go +dex for olympiad, so maybe our stats are "better" after all?
why/how? Dex gives crit rate, atk. speed, evasion, and accuracy...
So if we've already maxed at 500 crit rate, and 1500 atk.speed (which with buffs is quite easy), the DEX bonus is meaningless since 3-4 evasion and accuracy over 10 STR is peanuts....
There's no best overall race, there's just a best race for which stats you want to maximize in a class. I certainly wouldn't qualify Dark elves, ntoed for high attack power to being the best healer.
For healer Cardi seems a pretty good choice.
They got a nice set of racial and also they can keep the old Celestial Shield (which has no debuff, so you can use the old one, and when it's off, the party shield).
You forget certain classes get to keep certain past skills from previous specific class and that beats racial skills in some cases.
Reflect dmg on dark avenger, rush impact on doombringer, element resists from pp, song of warding from sws and so on.
yeah true about the keeping stuff but when i learned the new skills , all the skills i wanted to keep becuz of niceness , they were alrdy being taken away from me such as sacrifce "phoenix knight powerd hp heal" or Touch of Life
about the what race is best for what class , i wonder how a Human tank "ex Hero dark avenger before god" got Sigel knight hero and the as topicstarter says OP dark elf tank "which was always hero ST before god" was placed 2nd on Naia
at the end it doesnt matter cuz only Adena wins in this game and ofc who gets pushed to top lvl

true ... sad but true ... , but hey i made 6th place sigel knight on naia without feed or push or anything :D just me doing my daily 10 matches lol ^_^ a average good looking 88 sigel knight vs all them 90+ tanks lol

Assuming you awaken from se/ee/cardi, for healer it is best to awaken from human.
If you awaken from non healer class, via destiny stone you get cardinal skills + your race skills, so that's another story. Anyway:
As a ex- cardinal
1) You keep old mass rez which has 2 minutes reuse instead of 8
2) For these few months/years before you get to 96 you have clan rez not a party rez
3) 10 seconds immunity>5seconds (I have my own cleanse and a skill that increases speed by 100 for 10 seconds)
Also Mattack doesn't have significant influence on healing (i.e. ca 200 HP between low S and R90) so INT is not that important) and as for cast speed most skills are insta cast, and heals have so high reuse, that above certain (not very high) cast speed you wait for reuse anyway.

sadly as far i know tauson the one we talkin about is oly beast hes the 1 handin out points doubt hes ever gonna need feed
but ye in general want hero get feeded else u can forgot about it
