Is there any quest i can increase my Vitality with it to max again ? those Vitality Items doesn't give a good percentage of Vitality .
Another question , If i left my char online in a Town my Vitality Points will increase or will remain still ?
i wonder if people actually read the patch notes and to answer your questions:
no quest refills your vitality bar anymore and same goes for town, you get full vitality back once per week after maintenance
