Change passwords :/, i see many ppl get hacked lately. After 5 years of playing lineage and aion i got my accout stripped, never happened before in any game or account.
Scanned computer nothing on, no sharing accout, wasn't even in country for week when that happened.
Just gg on security ncsoft...just hope u will answer me after 3 days... and i hope l2 store is safe cuz i used my card there!...

Good luck, hope you get your things back. You will not get an answer within 3 days, its been 3 weeks for me and i have yet to here from a senior GM..dont hold your breath or you will be dead!

With all these posts saying how they've been hacked, both by private server players who came to retail because it's free and longtime retail players, I'm beginning to wonder if some sort of SQL injecting or other means is being done to the login server and NCSoft just won't admit to the breach. Considering NCWest has been consistently downsizing staff over the years, I wouldn't be surprised if half of their IT/network staff have been laid off and people aren't monitoring the servers like they used to (if ever?).
