The OP knows it's multiboxing at its finest and NCSoft has had no issues about players doing so even when it was P2P. Just he's showing how sad some people can be in wanting to level AND have everything available to them.

Wow that was the best way to throw away bots on your area hahaha... and only if there is a manhole to trap those bots (ask NCSoft to create manhole on every area where they can bot :D )
Anyways, I think GMs Don't Care about this issue, unless you report it properly. Maybe this guy is buying at L2Store and your free to do this? GMs are not the police in this game, it was you, you as a player (so report it properly). And its clearly bots because of the distance between them, or am I missing a command on L2 somewhere... follow and buff automatically while running and doing it perfectly in same intervals.
