Actually it depends on which level you are and if you are in a hurry or not.
For example, if you are around ~40 and you are leveling fast, it doesnt worth waiting, just skip this quest and keep leveling untill you can start doing 52+.
If you are leveling just for fun, go sleep and finish it the next day.
Anyways, it gives a pretty good "bonus" experience since you are going to make kama through the game just for exp.
«Waiting» is a relative term.
It depends on what level are you. There are two scenarios:
1. You are low level and you can easy get EXP. You've done first kama, you need to do second one BUT there is 20h limit and soon you'll be higher level than allowed in second kamaloka. If that's the case, then you should not wait. Just level up, get experience and after that 20h attend higher level kamaloka. In that way you'll econome the time and EXP for finishing that previous quest won't pay off that farming you could make that 20h.
2. If you're high level, then you definitely should finish quest. It's not too long and it wont hurt to get extra experience points. But don't get me wrong - you shouldn't actually wait for it while you can do better things.
The quests to do both kamas (43 and 46, 53 and 56 etc) have so meager rewards that its not really worth it.
Only really worth it to do kama if you are doing 56+ kamas to get the quest for an extra ToI token each day, but most of the time you will lvl too fast to make it worth it to get the ring.
