You can keep rush, Body Recon, a few others. In fact, you have the option of replacing a good number of skills with awakened skills, but can also decide to keep the DB skills if you like. I didn't keep any... dunno if that was a bad idea, but I'm doing okay.
You ask about equiping robes for mp. I have found that my mp pool is much more sustainable as Tyrr even when practically spamming skills, provided there is recharge in the group or I'm hunting in an area w/ herbs.
I choose to continue using 2h so the gameplay still feels very much like DB. But if you choose a different weapon, might change a bit, or a lot, no idea.
