Unbind Campign Scroll Worthless?

I finally got one, and it change a bound weapon.... into a bound weapon.

WTF is the point of that?

it has like a 60% chance to make it a standard item and like 5% or even less chance to make it blessed.. Yidao/Elmar posted about it a few days ago so maybe search & check his posts ?

I Searched nothing on this board, nevermind it does not mention it anywhere in the items description it can fail.

Problem stems from the fact that all these new items have never been tested on the PTS as they have in the past. This issue could have been brought up on PTS and an extra sentence added to the item if that is it's true purpose. As the item now just states that it converts from bound to unbound (simple, yes?), Sly is correct in bringing this up as a concern.

Although I'm not sure of the item's description; I do believe that the bound version of the item is listed as a possible outcome when talking to Mammon. This is only true for the campaign scrolls.

There are two kinds of Unbind Scrolls. When the scroll is called "Bind Removing Scroll - R Campaign" your item will remain bound with a probability of 94.8%, no matter what it might say in the English tooltip description. So, yes, the Unbind Scroll - Campaign is pretty much worthless.

oh god...if i insult you i bet a manager will infract me once again, so ill leave it here: LEARN TO READ cant believe is that hard, you dont even need to google, when mammon is clearly telling you if u use a campaign scroll theres a high chance for staying bound...

the normals ones are the ones which will change it into standard item with a low chance of blessed

Most of campaign rewards are useless... bought a wig box and POOF, nothing inside..

Actually there are 3 types of unbind scrolls.
Unbind Scroll Campaign - rather useless since it has high chance to give u back item bound and a low chance to make it normal;
Unbind Scroll - basically its the normal version scroll that u find dropping from some RB's lvl 90+, has a high chance to make the item normal and low chance for blessed.
Unbind Scroll Event - as the name implies u can get it from events, u can get them if u are lucky from the current event, Tersis's Light - same as normal scroll, it has a high chance for normal item and low chance for blessed.
