Lag issues

I dont know if it is just me but i tend to have a delay in all of my actions. The delay is something like 0.5-1 seconds that can be very critical in cases of pvp. I am still a low level (53) and from the few pvp's i had it seems i am lacking reflexes because the actions dont register on time. As far as i am concerned Bartz is an european based server (no?) and the heavy traffic is justified from the large number of players but i ask some people and they tell me they dont lag despite the heavy traffic. I have my graphic settings to low so it isnt an issue of pc.

Any1 having the same problems and i somebody know give us some information or tips! Have a good day.

Most of the European players (if not all) have the same issues, including me. Bartz is based in Texas (US), not in EU. So the long distance justifies the lag-delays that we have. I'm afraid we have to get used to that... :/ There's not much we can do about it (correct me if I'm wrong).
However, I've read a post about some kind of programme that you can use to make this lag less painful. It's called Battle Ping (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=210625). But I can't assure you that it's trustworthy.
