Beginner sword for Gladiator

I'm a level 20 Warrior trying to become a gladiator. I don't really know too much about gladiators but I want to use a sword.
After getting my first job transfer, I want to know which weapon I'm supposed to buy with my proofs of courage.
These are the options for swords (I think):
Maingauche, Sword of Revolution, Sword of Magic Fog, Katzbalger, Epee and Lesser Giant's Sword.
I haven't been getting answers lately but here goes another one.

Sword of Rev is the 1hs+shield combo you'll basically use until level 40, at which point you'll start using dual-swords.

Alright. Thanks.
