I think he might have been in a clan that had trouble accumulating clan rep.

I remember back in the day when the NCOA or whatever it was called held Dion, and we asked clans that wanted to hold the castle within the coalition to give us a list of their clan skills, so that we could know if it was even worth it.

Some ppl objected to this, so BOC and Dosshouse told them that we are gonna take the castle from the current clan holding it. They laughed at us. And then we took and held the castle from them until a zerg of 17 clans formed.

Clan skills help ppl. Without them you are cannon fodder...
