Sorry if this has been discussed already but whats the deal with frozen players in game? What I mean is at random I have been seeing groups and or single players frozen and when I try to target them it does not display their tag and info like you would normally see but just the two dots above their heads.
I can send them whisper but they do not respond.
I mostly see them near alters as that is where I hunt.
Its very strange. another thing is I was able to see these frozen players on one client but when I loaded up another acct and took it out there I could not see them even though I was looking at them from the other. ??? Why Why Why??? What is this about.. is this some sort of lag or some kind of bot control ?
