There is only 1 Euro (located in USA) timezone server and that is Naia, the others are USA timezones. As for Spanish speaking players I do not know since I have all open chats turned off to get rid of the useless spam.
I would say try either Bartz or Magmeld; do not go to Chronos. Chronos is completley over-crowded as it is so why everyone keeps saying to go to that server is beyond me.
If you do go to Chronos expect many days in which it will take you forever to log in, and if you get dumped from the server quite a bit then you can look forward to spending more time trying to log in than actually playing.
If your also looking for a server with Euro times for sieges and TW then Naia is your only choice right now.
Shilen is also up there on the over-crowded scale so would probably be best ot void that server.
As far as Spanish speakers go; there is probably a good population of them present on all the servers.
