If you check this graph http://kaifas.lt/LineageII-statistic/naia.html
they obviously added restriction to 6k players only. Even yesterday and the day before there was always server crash when there were more people than 6k so this is prolly to ensure server stability.
Innova essentially licenses Lineage 2 from NCSoft and runs servers in other territories.
Their services differ from ours in terms of what's sold in their store and policies re: what's allowed and not allowed (I believe boxing isn't allowed on their servers).
So all it is, the comapny that is running the Russian community for example? ah. Well, ours is better anywayz! :D but if they stop boxing and botting (i hope?!).... i guess they've took it to another level.... although i believe boxing is good, but only when it's kept reasonable and undercontrol.
Yes, except I think that they can alter policy within some set of restrictions (for instance, I don't believe they can alter policy to the point that it would require code/client changes - those would probably have to go through NCKorea for approval and implementation).
I've heard it both ways about their ability to stop botting - I've heard that they can and have from some people, and that they can't and haven't from others.

I doubt they would do that then. What company would want to be upstaged by a seperate company hosting their OWN game. ha.
