Server Chronos - Lack of respect for those who paid!

7 hours ago I can not logear the Chronos server!!

Pay a rune 100% for 7 days and I can not take it because I can not log into the server!

They are playing with our money?

Server to return the payment if necessary!!

If your Rune goes to waste due to being unable to get on, dispute it with a GM.

Have you actually lost anything? only the ability to ''take the run'' ?

This is actually something that can be filed as a lawsuit.

Since you paid for a service, they have to give you the opportunity use your paid item (this is the edit portion in italics) since they lock you into the game to use it.

Basically, to resolve the issue, they need to allow people that have NCoin or a currently active paid-item to enter the game right away.

I would contact my attorney about it, but I'm not that hardcore about this game.

I have to agree, this is ******ed.

1. Upgrade your servers, you have to be making enough money to afford better servers.
2. Fix your networking.
3. Remove stores and allow everyone to use the auction house for free.
4. Mentor system should work offline.
5. WHY THE **** WOULD YOU MAKE AN EVENT THAT MAKES MORE PEOPLE AFK.
6. screw your L2 Store if I can't even use what I have bought.

The hours continue happening without being able to enter!

I see you started this month. You have 5 servers to choose in which 3 of them are new and you choose the most crowded LoL. Bartz and magmeld for example rarely are full.

My right to choose any server and all are available!
Also Chronos game long ago, just change my character and create a new one.

Anyway, the problem is not that! -.-

This really irritates me. Reason why is because I've been playing L2 since Prelude, I've put all my time and effort into the game that I really enjoy, only to be rejected by the servers that my characters, MY PRELUDE OLD CHARACTERS are in. These servers that are full of newcomers really bugs me because now they just waste space and don't allow the true L2 lovers to get on. This is seriously a ludicrous system that will only serve to anger then veteran community of players who want to continue their ongoing devotions to their favorite MMO.

My suggestion to the development team is to make some sort of paid year requirement for accounts in order to access reserved login. I remember on the NCsoft account site there was a tracker for how much time paid for in game. I had about 3 years. This requirement would allow veterans to access their characters legitimately while newbies could go and populate newer servers and learn to play. >.>
