There's probably over a thousand level 1 bots in and around talking island village this very moment. Far more then all the afk shops in the game.
Limiting to one IP wouldn't solve anything as botters can easily use proxies and such to spoof IPs which would easily get around your suggestions. The bots in TI aren't probably aren't even using the game client (the sheer number of them suggestions out of client operations). Meanwhile your one account per IP would screw over a large portion of the legit players such as me and my wife. Anyone trying to play at a cyber cafe or hotspot or in a dorm or in a shared house or any number of situations where people are sharing one IP would be screwed too.
EDIT : I know the tone is harsh but I have little patience for people who cannot be bothered to spend a little time reading before making a nonsensical post.
