Mertes Instance

Some people say that Hidden Cruma Device has been spawned at the same place since some hours ago.
I think that they are right as I wait for it some minutes and still nothing.
Can any Game Master log in and Kick players from the instance or do anything to activate it again ?

Please yes, this is getting frustrating now, not even a response.

Don't waste your time with Mertes. Do the kamalocas and daily quests.
