A hobbit actually made it, pfoning ncsoft however is an impossible task. You might probably end up talking with some "gm" out in Calcutta or New delhi that has never seen l2's log in screen.

They're located near the top of a mid-rise building in downtown Seattle. There's a front office lobby with a desk, elevators and a board listing the businesses there. 20th floor near the back is NCWest. Most of their server equipment and support staff, however, are in Texas... somewhere. Forgot that one's location.
