I tried for over 20 minutes the other night and still wasn't able to get in; so yeah I think we do have a right to complain. Also there is no way I'm going spend a dime in the cash shop when god only knows how much of it I would get to use.
If you start using a rune and then get disconnected and then unable to log back in because NCSoft is too stupid to realize how messed up their events/servers are you think they going to reimburse you for it?

5 minutes? Seriously? How about 55 minutes of non-stop trying, that's what it took me the last time. Try to quickly type the password a few hundred times in row and tell me how you feel about this "gaming experience".
I just love it that whenever a serious problem is being discussed by hundreds of people, some idiot pops up and says "hey wth are you talking about, I don't have any problem with it!!!" Oh yeah ok you don't, enjoy your 5-minutes-long login attempts if so, and pretend everything is fine and working as intended.
