According some sites showing server's traffic like this ( http:/kaifas.lt/LineageII-statistic/magmeld.html ) and all those complains I reading on forum daily from people about siege times, I want to make to see in the paper the players will about sieges time. I hope as many people to vote in order to have an image about server.
I believe that some place in ncwest contract they cannot advertise/use EU time zones, that would be in competition with the Eu servers and their traffic/profit.
Hence why they no longer advert that Naia is a EU server.
Though I might be incorrect about that...
Slave, I also though if there is any type of contract perverting NCWest to use European times, on the other hand what "European Times" are? (For example 12 GMT is European time and 12 GMT-6 isn't European time?)
Anyway, I saw the poll at Bartz about CS time so I think NCWest is able to use any times.
