Anyone know how to get help from Ncsoft, I have been hacked

I was woken by a lovely phone call from a clan mate only to find my toon had been moved and all its gear stripped. How do I go about reporting this?
I have tried, email a ticket, calling and useing the stupid chat, which by the way has said wait time :03 and it has been over 45 mins.

Submit a ticket. That's really the only thing you can do at this point. The wait might be long, but such is NCsoft.
