So I was wondering, at first I thought it might be a bug with Power Revival (didn't heal me when I used it, on two seperate occasions) but then my friend tried to ISS heal me and that failed as well.
Is it possible that Undying Will negates healing as well as all incoming damage during the duration?
Is it designed to cancel all incoming healing as well as cancel all incoming damage for 5 seconds??
You are probably an orc and tried to use it when celestial is up, you can not be given a direct heal with celestial, only something like balance life will work.
I am an Orc I did just check the skills not long ago, seems like the Orc passive interrupted it, because I'm aware of Celestial but I didn't have that on me, it was caused by the Swamp Assasin's Merciless grip, I forgot about Undying Will and popped power revival right away thinking I'd die if i took any more dmg, and nothing happened.... so my ISS friend spam healed me which didn't start working until the 3rd time he healed me. The only thing I can think of is UW now.
