(C) Throw your hands up and say sorry! This isn't going to solve anything but maybe some of your half-eaten crew will feel sympathetic to your plight while ignoring their own.

Submit a support ticket or go directly to the source, NC Korea. We all know complaining about the state of things on the forums doesn't give you instant results. We complain and complain about this and that to a dead horse. They know there is a problem but the constant yammering of "Fix this", "Fix that" isn't going to make it go any faster than it already is. Complain about it today, and still not fixed will just leave you (not you personally, you as in the community of players) just angrier. be patient or just go do something else.

I asked for a name. I wish to talk to a person, someone who can be held accountable for their actions. Sace is such a person. She makes statements, promises and insinuations on behalf of the company that pays her to do so, this is why we hold her accountable for it. If I wanted to talk to a bot, I'd pm one of the thousands in game. The last support ticket I made was last week, it still has not been answered. The thing is, you are assuming they know there is a problem. They don't. They would have made a news post about it, or a tweet long before it got to this point. They would have started working on this problem well before a week had passed. They would have come up with a better sollution than "SHUT DOWN EVERYTHING G-DMNT!" Just imagine what their sollution would have been if we hadn't complained. I'll tell you what it would be: they wouldn't have done a single thing.
Things get a lot faster when there is attention to them on the forum, rather than from a support ticket. If you complain to support about not being able to log on your server, they will specifically tell you to try one of the other servers available. They do not play this game, their answers and concerns are entirely scripted. You have to go through multiple layers before you get back to someone at Seattle to have a problem addressed. It's much quicker, more efficient, and more reliable to post serious issues here and you know it.
I'm sorry I may have hurt the feelings of someone you don't know because they didn't do their job, but that also isn't my problem. You are free to ignore any poster on this forum if what they say upsets you, even if they aren't breaking any rules. However, you do not have the authority to make them shut up or leave. I think the obvious solution is to give EvaSummoner a one week job of customer service for a company with limited ability and rights to handle a few thousand raging nerds, then have him come back and share his experience with us.

Yes, tie my hands behind my back and throw me to the wolves, that would make a whole lot of sense and certainly teach me a good lesson. Do you have an actual argument or are you going to continue to throw out emotionally charged drivel while you post on internet gaming forums from work? Maybe that's why you fellows are so emotionally attached to Sace, both of you spend your working time on forums doing things you aren't being paid to do :/

Im not giving an argument, I'm giving a suggestion. In order for me to give an argument there would have to be something to argue about. Everyone here is either suggesting things for you to do besides create new ways to cry over a videogame that you play for free, attack you personally, or just skim through and laugh.
