I wonder if positive reputation can be used for something, i mean is it just a number that lies there for your own amusement or can it be traded for something, same way fame works.
I doubt it, but it will be cool it worth raising it up to get something in exchange, something better than nothing.

I think that negative reputation brings so many bad things (no exp, -10% exp when dying, can't enter towns etc etc).
With a setup like that you will think positive reputation should have at least some good things but no.
be "bad" -> punished with all might
be "good" -> we change your name to green
I don't know maybe with future updates worth farming reputation? Any tauti or whatever update koreans are on conosieur can bring some light.

And that's about it.
I see it as an insurance of not getting bullied by rude ppl who like to ks my mobs.
Apart from that there is no material reward for having positive reputation.
