This is actually rather upsetting and makes me want to nerd rage and delete my accounts and then go cut myself (no, not really). But why Magmeld? Why not Bartz, the NEWEST server? And by "newest", I mean it's infact the oldest named server on the list. Wouldn't it make more sense for the older players to return to an "old" server name?

It's cool this will only destroy new player economy, create a new zerg, and completely destroy all 85+ pvp, especially since boss jewels are transferable.

they're calling players with "real equipment" farmed over years, boss jewels, ++ and elem lvl 7 itens to a server with less than 2 months of existence where you need to waste weeks mentoring players to put element lvl 4 in some itens.
Yea you newbies are probably going to get rolled for a bit (depending on who moves), and I can understand why you'd all be upset. To put it in perspective though, the other servers are at capacity and I guess they looked at population numbers and decided yours could handle it the best. Also, the transferred toons will need to take time to make and build up clans, so that gives you a bit of time to try and catch up lvl/gear wise.
the cap is a joke, its only per toon. You can easily liquidate all assets on old server and transfer 20-30 billions over couple toons. Considering many old players have access to many accounts, and even if they dont, making a new toon to 40 takes less than 90mins to transfer additional stuff.
If ncsoft gave at least 3 months for new servers to grow before violating them, then the gap wouldnt be so harsh between old and new servers.

that's not even the point tbh. the point is that this server isn't even 2 months old yet, and has yet to see it's first heroes even. it is the worst possible time to have stacked characters transfer in, literally. if they would have been there from the beginning, whole server would have had something from it, since there would have been mentors way faster etc. like this, ncsoft just laughs at us for starting on a new server, and lets in the rejects from naia and chronos to feel like big fish pwning lvl 8x noobs on magmeld..... gg.

Boy and i thouth that the owner of the private server i was playing was a complete t-ar-d. The dude made transfers aviable from a 4 year old server to a almost 2 year old server. And every1 complained.
However make server transfers from 7year old server to an almost 2 months server is absolute *******.
Plz ncsoft, make a complete "menu" and enable transfers from other servers to bartz also.

I dont think a lot of the 90+ will transfer tbh, but if I rerolled on magmeld I would be ****** as well. Way to early for server transfers, considering the people on chronos had years to prepare and farm for GoD.

Yes, we all started on NEW server to play after 2months with OLD players who transfer their WELL-EQUIPPED, RICH TOONS to magmeld. Most likely you're happy cuz you're one of ppl who doesnt have any future in your current server and want to show how pr0 your x years old toon is compared to 2months old ones. way to go!

i think would be rare the big clans rich toons will come here especially from naia since magmeld is usa time, especially since here they can't have wars(except random botter with semi good equipment that hunt lowbies clan to look like pros, those are not war but crp food for them).
what i fear is that we prolly going to get an influx of more BR's to magmeld (like we need more lol) with semi decent gear + their bots(like we need more of those too ....) but i think end of game char influx would be a minimal especially if they have castle and forts, etc
move an end of game clan just to kill some randoms for a couple week and get bored not worth it and is pretty laborious, so 90% of the chance is that magmeld will receive their randoms and BRs + bots.

well, not many people have competitive spirit like you, who is not scared of competition and not QQ all over the forum about this. They are just scared of competition,probably mostly who are now the most high on server,they will not be the dominate ones anymore. They are frustrated :p
I disagree. I predict major PvP (&/or bot) clans will jump at this chance. It has happened before in the past, and those said clans even PAYED to transfer at those times. Almost instantly they overtook pretty much the entire server and all the decent castles. It was shiitty then, and will be a NIGHTMARE here.

You're talking about Nova, and they moved for different reasons. I think originally they moved in order to farm epics and level, and then later moved servers for pvp. Since Chronos is active, I don't think you have anything to worry about there. My guess is that you're more likely to see mid-range pvp toons move here.

Actually I was referring to Devianne. And that clan moved specifically to dominate lol. And they did.

It's a game...that is no longer required of you to pay anything to play unless you want to. If you're THAT angry over not being able to get to the top of the server so easily, then you need to go pick up a non-game related hobby for a bit in my opinion. I can understand being a little upset because of the timing but geeze.
Instead of griping about it, go level up your toons so you can challenge those players. If you want to prove "original Magmeld players" are better, what better opportunity to do so than now? Besides, hasn't anyone considered that some of the vets might actually try HELPING some of us? Not every game player is out to t-bag others. Some of the other servers have clans dedicated to helping out other players, we might actually get some of them.

ps: i think smaller clans only will go to megmeld , like EO or others... so u dont have to worry much about those , they have some decent players but nothing big.. u have to worry if nova and emnty decided to trasnfer , cuz they are NA time , and if they xfer ur totaly destroyed... and that MIGHT happen cuz they want to change the time of the events on chronos to EURO time.. so that will be very bad for u.
ps : i know few partys taht wants to come here at megmeld , they are all 5/5 but not high lvls.. 88-89 with alot of adena tho and gear

Ok i tell you something. Magmeld has not even 2 month and server transfer from old server is for free. This will ruin new players.
You say, ok, but they cannot take they wh and inventory stuff.
I say they make new accounts lvl chars to 40 lvl (2 hours per one char) trade items (like weapons++/armors++ for they sublass), and transfer all items to brand new server.
This is NCsoft.
When they start losing money (their 1st priority) and then the players, they will have enough time to discuss what they've done to us.
If all those problems (not active gm's to ban all those boters with 4-5 client on, ss lag, "can't login", overpwned chars from chronos/naia to magmeld) and thousands of other bugs continue, they will face the bad truth.
Remember ncsoft; "Nothing good lasts forever" so, if you wanna have that "good" for many years, start thinking better ideas there to your offices and not ruinning your game.
I always though there is no point to play on private server because admins looks just on their own money profit. Now i can se that the same, myabe worse is also on retail. (Yes it sounds bad...)

ppl buying multiple Destiny Packages with Destruction R Enchant Weapon as reward and you care for server transfers? Seriously?
+15 weapons are not as much of a big deal in group vs group pvp as it may seem at first really. levels, however, do make quite a difference. (and so do certain boss jewels.)
people coming in magmeld from 7 yr+ servers ..the richer and higher lvl they are, the more sacrifice theyre making to get here. highly likely more players of similar lvl cap and finance cap are going to transfer to magmeld considering theyre sacrifice is minimal and benefits them more (ie. transfering to a server with less traffic) only can wait it out and see what happens..just worried bout the influx in market price due to more demand (more people with rich people) and less supplies
