The crit damage bonus is still available on single and dual daggers, except instead of it being an SA, it is now a +4 bonus. You also have to bear in mind that the "increased damage during pvp" scales with weapon grade. It did in terms of low s through to vesper so I see no reason why it wouldn't with r grade.
u have 3 SA's on 1 weapon with R grade, and 1 option with S grade, + pvp bonus with use of fame....personally I'd go with R grade blessed, enchant it for +++ P atk, and have a better chance to land blows that'll do more dmg based on your P atk.

No. Unless you're counting the +4 bonus as an SA which is still technically incorrect.
+ pvp bonus with use of fame
Can't {pvp} R-grade.
have a better chance to land blows
This isn't even close to being true.
do more dmg based on your P atk
Physical damage skills aren't heavily influenced by patk. There. I said it. Part of the skill formula literally has patk+skill patk. If you gain 1k patk by having an overenchanted weapon and go to say, 4k patk instead of 3k patk on knights harmony, this matters so very very little when you have a skill with 20k skilll patk.

You really didn't read my post at all...breaking things down out of context. Your as bad as the replublicans taking words and reworking it for your own benefit.
If you read what I said. I was talking about S/S80/S84 being made into {pvp}, not R grade you idiot, I know that R/g can't be pvp enhanced.
Techinally incorrect? really...+4 duel dagger has bonus effect of increased crt dmg, and P atk. You can also apply 2 SA's by using green/red/blue SA crystal, then teal, purple, yellow. Thous u have 3 SA's on your weapon.(technically 4 on duel daggers)
GO REREAD THE SKILLS: they all say deals X dmg added to P atk to your target. Dagger P atk adds to your P atk, which then adds to the dmg of the blow it's self.
Are you just flat out stupid? or can't the follow what's been written at all?
I wasn't saying that P atk effects land rate. I was stating that when your blows land, they'll do more dmg...IDK why I have to break it down so much for you to comprehend!!!

Your wording was unclear and considering how wrong the rest of your post was, my version seemed more likely. Learn how to use commas properly.

Thous u have 3 SA's on your weapon.(technically 4 on duel daggers)The +4 bonus of dual daggers is crit dmg and 18 patk, if you're going to count dual daggers as having 4 sa's then you're putting 18 or so patk to count as an sa. Yeah, sounds legit. Do you have any idea how amazing insignificant that is. Also who the **** is going to bother with 2 SA's on dagger/single dagger. You have seen the list right. Are you going to pay upwards of 500kk for the gemstone to have something **** like guidance in addition to your damage up? No? Didn't think so.
GO REREAD THE SKILLS: they all say deals X dmg added to P atk to your target. Dagger P atk adds to your P atk, which then adds to the dmg of the blow it's self.I just ******* told you that they get added, don't tell me to go re-read. If your patk in stat box from weapon goes from 3k to 4k the damage increase on your stab will be less than 5%. Easily.
I wasn't saying that P atk effects land rate. Why mention land rate then? Your wording is terrible. You're so ******* bad at typing what you mean and then even when you clarify you're still incorrect. I hope you play Shilen. I really want to 1v1 you and stomp you.
To everyone else though. A +4 dual dagger SA'd is more than enough. Don't be one of those idiots who goes and overenchants blessed weapons thinking it makes any real difference to your stab damage. You don't even really "need" apocalypse right now. The +4 bonus isn't that much higher for the crit damage and the p.atk isn't going to add much to your damage.
my grammar is fine, your reading comprehenion isn't! it's that simple...if u can't tell the difference between what is said, and what isn't said, and where the topic breaks, then you have a poor comprehenion of english language, which means it isn't your first langauge.
Actually I live in England so my comprehension of English is amazing. You need to go back to Grade 2 and re-evaluate how punctuation works and the impact it has upon a sentence. Understanding English is heavily reliant on the paragraph not being written by a complete ******. But it's ok. Humans have no racials and OE'ing daggers is the way to go right?
!!today on nerd rage we have suffer in one corner and raina in the other, now lets sit back and watch them beat the ***** out of each other with oversized plastic quotation marks !!

1) if that first quote is a grammatically correct sentence, i'm ******* micky mouse.
2) you literally have no clue about stab land rates.
E) single-handed daggers have always been best for pvp, and always will be.
7) it's dual daggers, not duel daggers
Aside from the arguement that clearly took this thread over, back to the original question.
The answer to the question is this, if you have an S80 with Crit Dmg already, then I'd say give it a shot. If you don't have this item already then I'd say, don't waste your time.
From 85 and on levels are the only thing that will make a huge impact on the amount of dmg you do PVP wise since skills gain a substantial boost for every level you pop into them, on top of the addition of more interesting skills as you level.
I'm not familiar with Othell Rogue's or any Daggers tbh, but I do know this, if you plan to PVP the Apo item will likely dwarf any S80 weapon unless its heavily overenchanted, because technically Apocalypse was designed to be R90 which was later removed and changed to Top R85 or just flat out R.
So realistically the only thing you can do is test it out and see what happens.

requiem dagger gives 833 crit damage for being +4 and you can put either haste, focus, or guidance on it(plus a second SA if you really want to spend the money on it, it's only low R grade). any of the old s84 daggers have a higher crit damage value, vesper being lowest at 906 and mamba edge highest at 1060.
PvP wise those are probably just fine for now, requiem is more versatile for pve and pvp imo since you can have a SA + crit damage, plus it's basically free with the event items.
edit: but if you have icarus or lower, I'd ditch it. icarus disperser only gives 559 crit damage from the crit damage SA :/
E) single-handed daggers have always been best for pvp, and always will be.
I disagree with this entirely for reasons I have already stated somewhere or another. Rogue is not just about stabbing anymore. In 7v7 pvp you essentially have 2 stabs because the likelihood of blood stab applying the bleed is about as likely as NCSoft providing good customer service. You have the potential to autoattack for incredibly powerful damage with dual daggers. The dual hits mean you apply poison more frequently and you level up maximum critical more frequently and the damage itself is really good. Yes you may have higher critical damage bonuses from the single dagger but 300~ or so extra crit dmg on a stab does not make up for the benefits that dual dagger provides. It used to, that much is true because back then daggers were all about jumping a target and 2 shotting it. You do not have anywhere near the same amount of burst damage without setup now, if you want to kill decent healers on knights then you need to time around poison, cc and max crit. Dual dagger makes that so much easier.
