I used to play Lineage 2 way back in C2-C5. Loved the way it was back then, but due to money/time restraints I had to cancel my sub. Now that it is F2P I'm willing to try it again. My only problem is that I hear that it has gone EZ mode. I'd just like to have some sort of confirmation or denial about those claims. I mean, is it really as easy as everyone says it is to level now? (8-10 hours for B grade as opposed to 8-10 months?) And are parties still prevalent? Or did they do away with those mostly too? (Nothing beats a 8 hour midnight grind session with some of your best buds)
Any sort of quick and accurate reply would be helpful before I download the game :)

server high traffic issues preventing you from loggin in because people are abusing a system/event.
although 1-85 is extremly easy and the game is free and everything is practically handed to you. id almost go back to pay to play to have some of the old days back.
